What is your return policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from BoyneCountrySports.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.
We gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise. We'll send you another color, a new size or an entirely different style. If you'd rather have a refund, we'll take care of that, too.
The item must be returned unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. Please call 1-877-228-2742 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization Number, returns cannot be processed without RA number.
After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Do I get Boyne Rewards points for my purchase?
Yes! Once you sign-in, your Boyne Rewards card number is automatically attached to the order. The points will post to your account in 14 days from the date of purchase.

Can I use a Boyne gift card to make my purchase?
Yes! Just add your items to the shopping cart. During Checkout, you will see a place to enter a gift card number. Multiple gift cards can be entered for the same order. Any remaining balance can be settled with a Credit/Debit card or PayPal.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you aren’t happy, we are here to help. Give us a call at 1-877-228-2742 and we see what we can do for you.
How do I exchange my purchase?
If you need a different, size, color, or even a new style just give us call at 1-877-228-2742 or email email@example.com. We will get you set up to return your unwanted item and get a new one shipped out to you.
Where is my order?
All orders are subject to a 24-48 hour business day processing time. Expedited or Air shipping may not decrease your order processing time.
Once your order has shipped you should receive an email containing a tracking number for either UPS or USPS.
If you still can’t seem track down your order, give us a call at 1-877-228-2742 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be more than happy to find out where it is.
Can I pick up my order at a store?
If you would like to pick your order up instead of having it shipped, please give us a call at 1-877-228-2742 so we can coordinate with the store of your choice. Please keep in mind that we do not carry all of our products at every location. We might have to have it shipped to a different store, maybe even a different state, in which case we might as well just ship it to you, don’t you think?
