We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from BoyneCountrySports.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.
We gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise. We'll send you another color, a new size or an entirely different style. If you'd rather have a refund, we'll take care of that, too.
The item must be returned unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. Please call 1-877-228-2742 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization Number, returns can not be processed without RA number.
After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at 1-877-228-2742. Please supply the Customer Service representative with your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number. BoyneCountrySports.com will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.
If there is extensive damage to the carton, contact a Customer Service representative immediately at 1-877-228-2742. Please have your order number available when you contact the Customer Service representative.
All credits will be processed within 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday excluding holidays) upon receipt.
You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer defect or a shipping error on our part.
If an Online Gift Certificate/Gift Card was used, the refund amount will be applied to your Online Gift Certificate/Gift Card.
Returning an Item
The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item. Here are the basic steps:
- Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
- Enclose the copy of the original packing slip with the item. Be sure to keep a copy of the packing slip for your records. Include your RA number on the packing slip and clearly write it on the outside of the box.
- All products must be returned unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

- Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to insure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 2-3 business days (mon-fri excluding holidays) upon receipt. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer defect or a shipping error on our part.
